Terms & Conditions

All orders are subject to the Seller's acceptance. This invoice is raised for the Buyer against the order placed and goods supplied in terms of the said order. The Seller shall however be at the liberty to accept or refuse any order in full or part without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

 

Fulfilments of all orders on the Websites are subject to availability. We try to ensure that all items offered for sale are in stock. However we reserve the right to not accept any orders or to cancel confirmed orders for products that are out of stock. In such an event, we will inform you by e-mail and any payments made against it if any will be refunded.

 

PAYMENTS

All invoices are payable in full (100%) amount in the currency stated on the invoice within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice.

 

INSPECTION AND REJECTION OF NONCONFORMING GOODS

Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon delivery and shall, latest within ten (10) days from the date of delivery in respect of any defect/shortage give written notice to Seller of any claim with respect to the Goods. Failure of Buyer to give such written notice within the ten (10) day period shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the Goods by Buyer. Upon making any such claim Buyer shall not further use the Goods and shall retain the Goods for inspection by Seller or its representative.

 

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you think the product is damaged or defective, you can return most items to us within 10 days of delivery to get a new replacement or a complete refund. Our customer support team might ask you to send a few pictures of the damaged product. There will not be any refund if the product is damaged due to improper usage or post delivery usage damage. Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

 

You may return the product to us in the following ways:

You may call us on +91-7011487262 (9:00 am to 9:00 pm) or drop in a mail at support@scolarian.com and request a return or exchange. We will arrange for the goods to be collected from the delivery address through courier, and returned to us. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which exchange or refund may not be possible.
